Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus orders can take 2-3 weeks to process and ship. if your order takes more than 3 weeks your shipping cost will be refunded to you. We ask that customers refrain from commenting on social media platforms or reaching out to customer service  until after the allotted 2-3 weeks we will get  your items to you.


Once your shipping label has been printed  you will receive a email with a tracking number for your item/s. at that time the shipping process will have begun that is the pre-shipment phase. It is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days , this does not mean your order is lost, your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order
